Archie Bronson Outfit sind drei Jungs aus South London, deren Lieblingsoutfit wohl der Rock ist. Nach ihrem auf Domino/ Rough Trade erschienenden Debutalbum „Fur“ aus dem Jahre 2004 begaben sie sie sich auf Europatour und danach war die Sache für Sänger Sam Windett, der sich gern auch mal “The Cardinal” nennt, klar: “We came back from a European tour and we had nothing to do, so started writing this album and we did it all in Dorian’s bedroom and we went a bit nuts. Peggy Sue (formerly known as Peggy Sue and the Pirates and Peggy Sue and the Pictures) are an indie folk band from Brighton in England. Peggy Sue have toured with a number of well-known indie artists in the UK including Kate Nash, Mumford & Sons and The Maccabees. In June 2008, the band announced that the were shortening their name from Peggy Sue and the Pirates to just Peggy Sue. The band have also released music under the name of Peggy Sue and the Pictures, a collaboration with Left with Pictures, and Peggy Sue and Les Triplettes. On April 10, 2009, it was announced that Peggy Sue had signed to US-based Yep Roc Records, and the label was released "Body Parts EP" for free.[...]
